yep, welfare is everywhere. except now they don't call it welfare, they call it "grants". grants for this grants for that.....programs for this and programs for that. doesn't anybody in this town sustain themselves. why do the rest of us have to pay such high taxes so all the low lives in this town can have a free ride?
