Come on all you pro slaughter folks. Cat got your fingers? Tell us all again what a good idea this is for Rockville. More than likely everyone involved will be facing crimial charges. We told you about Sue and warned that any body involved was also crooked. Slaughterhouse Sue is finished in Missouri along with her greedy lawyer and the Palettas. Checkmate!

i just read an article about Vincent Paletta who owned a slaughter house in Canada that cauht fire and burned to the gound under strange circumstances. It went on to tell about ownership of that plant was also an issue due to taxes not being paid. I'm wondering if this could be the one and the same Vincent Paletta associated with Rockville? The man who didn't pay for the cattle he slaughtered or the people who did maintence on his equipment. He and Slimeball Sue make a great pair!

I see where Skinner Vincent has a court date this week. Something to do with not paying for cattle he slaughtered at the Rockville plant. A felony charge if I read right.

Some one keeps judging my post as clueless, nuts and spam when I've been posting nothing but the facts. Must be a teribble thing to live in denial. Skinner Paletta slaughtered over $25,000.00 worth of cattle that he didn't pay for. That's stealing. Now he's using the money he made off those cattle to pay for his defense, which has to adding up since he keeps getting it postponed. Paletta and his wife set out to screw people over. By them setting up a shell company they were planning on getting all they could and then leave creditors hanging while they lead the good life. They should have their visas revoked and sent back to Canada where they belong, after a lengthy prison term!

Not on welfare or anything close to it. I live in a suburb of KC--Lee's Summit to be exact. I wouldn't spend a penny in Rockville if it was the last place on earth with a store. I will even go out of my way not to go through a town with such obvious low morals that they would rather kill innocent horses for a job than drive to the city to get a job if there are none in Rockville. Also, I happen to have family in MG, and it is NOT a lazy town--just the opposite. There, they voted no for this horrible slaughterhouse because they would rather drive to Springfield or West Plains if they have to to get jobs than slaughter horses. Wise move on MG's part--they don't want to be associated with this disgusting practice. Sounds like Rockville is no prize anyway...with a mayor that would kill an innocent dog recently. I have a feeling that once the ASPCA gets wind of that, they will be calling on Mr. Rockville Mayor. I am ashamed that Missouri is the home of the largest number of meth operations, the largest number of puppy mills, and now, thanks to Rockville, the only state with a place to inhumanely slaughter horses.

There are actually plans for horse slaughter plants at several locations.

The following are in addition to New Mexico’s Valley Meat, which is located outside Roswell (pop. 48,386).

Rains Natural Meats, Gallatin, Missouri (pop. 1,791). Located in rural Northwest Missouri, Rains is a division of Pro Show Enterprises Inc., also based in Gallatin. In its Jan. 15, 2013 cover letter, manager David Rains writes:“We area already starting the changes in our HACCP Plan to address drug residue in horses.”

Trail South Meat Processing in Woodbury, Tennessee (pop. 2681). Trail South is listed in one foreign trade directory as a supplier of boxed frozen horse meat to Asia and Europe. Founded in 2012, Stanley Dobson is listed as chief executive officer. It is owned by Trail South LLC based in Auburntown, TN. Its application is dated June 1, 2012.

Oklahoma Meat Co. in Washington, Oklahoma (pop 520). Ahsan Amil is listed as the owner/manager on the May 18, 2012 application. Washington is just 30 minutes south of Norman, home of the University of Oklahoma.(Oklahoma just passed legislation from committee to change the law and allow slaughter for export. Now this bill advances to full vote)

Responsible Transportation, Sigourney, Iowa (pop. 2059). Work is reportedly underway in Southeast Iowa to turn the old Louis Rich Plant north of town into a horse slaughter facility. Responsible Transportation LLC wants to be up and running by late spring or early summer 2013. It has the editorial support of the local newspaper, the Sigourney News-Review. Keaton Walker is president and chief executive officer for Res

This info was just released under FSIS laws to the Front Range Equine Rescue.

So do you avoid any town with a slaughterhouse, or farms that raise animals for slaughter? Is it just horses that are innocent or does holier then thou attitude extend to all animals. If so then there is really only one question to ask....do you leave your house or do you stay home because you stand by what you say?

What happened to the BLM , I saw the story Willie Nelson did and several other country singers. I adopted a 10 yr old stallion over 10 yrs ago, one of the best horses I ever owned. He was strictly a woman's horse, once he gained our trust my daughter and I could do anything with him. Is the BLM even adopting anymore??? Use to be West Plains and the moved it to Columbia, Mo, don't know if their even adopting anymore.

You might ask that horse to explain the US Constitution to you KEVIN, you just need to find something smarter than you, and random animal should suffice.
