This company has gone downhill the last couple of years. Poor data and response time. Frequent turnover in management and lab personnel.

Employees drop like flies. Terrible management and low pay. Not a good place to work or do business.

Being in the environmental business, I have heard a lot about this company's dealings in the last year or so. With both employees and customers. Used to be ano brainer to send stuff there. Now it's a last resort at best.

Just left recently too. Spent many years working to make the company successful. The way the owner treats the dedicated employess is a shame. Only a couple of experienced, knowledgable employees left and they are looking to get ASAP.

Ha! Nice to see some of my former workmates here!
What a rediculous place to work. All the long timers but one or two are gone. Can't wait to see Freeman living out of her car!
Maybe I'll hire her one day, pay her crap wages and make her beg for her job.

Well, another long time employee left. No appreciation for the sales and comittment to making the company what it once was. Of course the new sales guy, who was the pres and was fired for misuse of funds, but hired back as "the" sales guy gets his way. Wow, how much longer will this place last? Stay tuned! It's going to suck to be old, lonely and broke LF!

...and counting.....I know of a few more on their way out too. You can't treat the employees the way you do anymore. Other labs are more than willing to take them away. People are waking up to the abusive ownership and management.
The place is nuts and turning into a shell of company.

It's almost over for ATL folks.
20% profit wasn't good enough a few years ago. Get rid of the people that made the company and you see what you have left.....
The only sad part is that Freeman might walk with a few bucks while the struggling peons left will have to look for new jobs when the place shuts down.
What will she do with no one to micro-manage and push around?
Where will Mitzell get all his play money?

Another long timer and the "new" HR guy gone. No QA and no HR??? That's ok, Linda can do it all!
Time to bail out people before we are left high and dry.
Don't believe whatever promises they are telling us. When it's sold, we are gone.

Who would buy this company???
Foolish. Let it sink like it's doing now.

More people have come and gone from this place in the last 5 years than I have seen in 20 years of working at other companies combined. There's only about 70 employees in this place!!!

The nutjob CEO shouldn't make a dime.

Nothing but a skeleton crew left here at ATL. Just waiting for the sale to go through then we're all out of jobs. Of course they won't tell us that but we know better. Meanwhile, they work us to the bone trying to keep up with what used to be done by all the people they let go. Have to keep the numbers up to look good for the buyers!

Dear Sacramento,

I am very sorry you are so unhappy as to write all these posts. From the bottom of my heart I hope you find peace in this Holiday season and apologize for whatever brought you to such a level of deep pain and bitterness.

ok, I see you're getting a little desperate having to try to sound like you're such a goodie-goodie innocent CEO. No one is looking at these posts anyway. What are you worried about? You take the whole week off when it's time to have people fired and layed-off and have to hire armed guards to secure the building.

The pain I feel is for all the loyal hardworking employees that worked their butts off for you and made you so much money and were treated like virtual criminals of the company and were defaced by you to the whole company.

There really must be some deep pain and bitterness in you to treat people who foolishly trusted you that way. Believe me...this is not just one person's opinion. If you really knew your own company you would see just how many feel this way. You are either completely naive or really don't care....or both. Everyone knows you use every means of spying that you can.

No sense taking up any more of our time here.
Have yourself a wonderful Holiday Season too!

BTW... Don't you have some people to let go before the end of the year?

Well...I used to work there and these posts are all true. Even the co-owners know it but of course they are too chicken to say it to her face.

As long as Freeman and Mitzel are still here, the place has no chance....even with the new ownership.

God...I wouldn't work there again for twice what they paid me...which is less than I'm making now!!!

I feel for my old friends who are still trying to hang on to more lies ad promises.

Another "happy to be gone employee" resigned. It's funny how happy people become once they leave the miserable place. So about 50-60 employees and I've seen about 30 or more (lost count) leave in a couple of years. At least 50 or so before that. Geeeee, nothing wrong with this place is there????
New owners but same ol lousy upper management demanding more and giving less. Really nice how you turned the place around since firing the people who brought you 20% profit! How's that look now?

Well,LF is finally leaving the company like it was predicted. You can't take a well functioning company and change everything (fire everyone) because "change is good". Too bad it's too late to save the sinking ship as long as BM is now in charge.
Go ahead and have this post deleted LF like you did others. It will still be read and known. If you could only talk to all those ex-employees about how they really felt. They made you a lot of money and not a single thank you from you!
