Two arrested for meth, one for weapons possession

Police street crimes officers arrested a wanted El Dorado Hills man in a Beach Hill motel room with methamphetamine, a handgun and other weapons Saturday evening.

OK it is great that one dealer is off the street, but why is it that the girls that are arrested are always released. I happen to live in Santa Cruz an know many girls that have been arrested , slapped on the hand by the judge and released. I want to know why is she back on the street. She is just as guilty .

Loraninne Vierra probably trucked her little body right back to the hotel after she got released from jail. I bet if you checked her record she has a long loving relationship with the santa cruz police also. First of all Micheal has not been found guilty of previous charges. Innocent until proven guilty for some and for others it is a free ride back to the streets.

You people are congratulating the SCPD on a good job, but it is the police and prohibition policies that keep the drug prices high and assure these low lifes can make a living doing nothing but selling drugs to our kids and other low lifes. The only way to get rid of this problem is to re-legalize and regulate all drugs. Let the tweakers have all they want at a cheap price. They will either kill themselves or maybe even decide that doing a whole lot of drugs is not a good thing and seek help in quiting. Either outcome is a win for the rest of us.

What the article didn't say is they will be right back out on the street in no time at all. All the cops in the towns around know these rotten people, catch them, and the judges let them right back out to sell there drugs, and weapons to the low-lifers that will buy that s-h-i-t.

She was a drug court graduate so I doubt she will be out soon. First you get diversion, then prop 36, then drug court, and I do not think you get a second chance at drug court. She will probably get jail time since there is no other option. I think thats the way it works...
