I got tazered and taken to jail for no reason one time.

My car ran out of gas, and they called me at 3am, searched me, then told me they were gonna tow my car.

Then they tazered me later on that night when they saw me outside. I have to keep this short because of the restrictions of placing a comment, but that REALLY is basically it. It's a long story. but yeah.

What happened to you happened to me, I'm 56, a grandmother of 4, 98 lbs. My CHP attacker 32, 6'5", 250, with back up, weapons and a training officer training a new officer on his first day in uniform...great way to learn how to handle an investigation don't you think? Get an attorney, your civil rights have been broken, that' what the judge told me after I was pepper sprayed and arrested. This was 2 years ago, still not in court but I can wait it out, I'm in no hurry but the officer in uniform needs to loose his badge, he has not earned the privilege of wearing nor the respect.

who knows what the real story was. theres the security officers story the home owners story and the truth. im just surprized freaking security guards are trying to be like real cops and spazzing out everytime someone gets angry. take a chill pill. honestly ive lived ineldo since 1992 and it was way nicer and better before gated communities popped up. ever since they popped up some serrano mommies cant get the sticks out of their ass. as for the security officers they drive around too much and take their jobs as seriously as those serrano mommies do.

it seems to me that this was going to die down and fade out nut my freinds just told me they heard that the two guards and the company they worked for are being sued .as a matter of fact they are going to court today at 14:00 hrs.The gentelman that they pepper sprayed is trying to get $25,000 out of each guard ,one wich has not been able to get a job since the incedent and is now a full time student haveing to live off cal works and borrowing from his mother in law sounds to me as if these guards are getting a raw deal .hell they already got 3yrs informal probation for it.leave them be is what i say they have been punished enough.

El Dorado County Sheriffs are as honest as the mafia. I really don't see the difference. We reported a vandalism from a suspect who was friends of county officials in the DA and Fire Department. They originally arrested him, as they had no choice. He was out on a 1/4 million dollar bail. But when He was bragging that if Vern Pearson was elected his felonies would get fixed. Vern was elected, and this man was freed, A judge was caught and admonished, but the rest of the officials have been given a free pass to get away with crime. Good ole boys up here. This count is corrupt. see www.preventmurder.org www.eldoradocountymentalhealth.com
We are suing them and it is real tough to do. They tortured Kathleen Pastula a 56 year old mom and wife of a homeland security officer. She sued and got 125k. They broke into a home to arrest a man who was already in prison and shot the owners dogs. Nobody knows about this because they must control the press. Don't you think a free press would want a non corrupt county?

its been almost 3 yrs since the guards were arrested , one is now got a young child and has lost his license to be a guard and cant get work , the other is working at a undisclosed location .Mr Ispas sued the company and won $45,000 ,the second guard that was going to school was kicked out of his classes after his teacher (who was friends with EDSO )fount out about the case. i think these poor guys got a bad deal the lives of these guards have been destroyed . i hope Mariono sleeps better at night knowing he has destroyed these guards lives.Heck one guard still lives close in El Dorado county and has to live in fear of EDSO and the Ispas family.

Read the comment by Pat, see what this idiot has to say then go to www.grizzlyflatbiggestloser.com for a different perspective. By the way Pat. of Grizzly Flat lost everyone of his frivolous lawsuits including his $20,000,000.00 Federal lawsuit including his appeals. However if you would like to support him financially he will "work for food, clothing and shelter. His credentials can be viewed at www.homesculptor.com , www.binarymarketing.com . Just Google both websites for even more information.

El dorado county law enforcement has done more harm than good around here. The have their lame little slice of the pie with their crappy civil servant positions and they want to keep all the rest of the small time crooks like themselves down so they can't apply to become officers themselves.Pathetic!

The real issue in USA is not the corporations. It is the Constitution's 11th amendment. It grants immunity for officials to abuse power by repealing the first amendment "Congress shall make no law abridging...the right of a citizen to petition the government for redress of grievances..." This means, if you have facts to prove your case, the "government" must restore the wrongs done to you by their staff. in 1795, Congress banned that part of the first amendment for out of state claims, and in 1890, SCOTUS banned claims within a state. So if the Constitution says, "congress shall make no law to abridge..." yet the 11th amendment "abridges..." then in reality there is no logical reason for a bill of rights, if there is no remedy.

Once society in USA figures out that officials have created their own utopia through immunity, then you will understand why El Dorado County officials, cops included, can abuse human rights. You as a U.S. citizen have no rights under a constitution.

Therefore, arbitrary cop that ripped off your human rights is not barred to do so. Well not true, 18 USC 241, 242, makes arbitrary abuse of power a crime, but try to get the cops to arrest another cop. Most people abused foolishly file civil suits after they find out the FBI or DOJ or AG of DA ignores their complaint and treats them as if they are sub humans for attempting to weaken their power. Yet immunity will bar that suit typically.

We shouldn't have to file civil suits

Two EDSO deputies stole my cell phones a few weeks ago. They found one of my smartphones in my bag, even though it had no service plan and only worked as a media player, they demanded the code to the start screen and said the phone could have evidence on it and that they must search it's contents. When I couldn't remember the security code to open the phone, the deputy justified keeping it as "fine, i will just take it as 'evidence'" . They took three phones of mine total (about $250.00) and I have never gotten my phones back. They were never put onto property or evidence or anything. Can they do this? I'm pissed off.

There have been numerous BAD arrests in south lake Tahoe, like my son who was protecting himself when two thugs attacked him at his own house my son was arrested for assault w GBI and they even tried to charge him with attempted murder, for protecting himself, there were 4 others who were let go, but my son is going to prison for 5 years. If that's not the DA's trying to get another notch in his belt than I don't know what you call it but I call it RAILROADING! And Corruption!
