I get breakfast for my workplace there at least once a week sometimes twice and they get the order wrong every single time without fail. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Nothing is ever altered either (no,'bacon egg and cheese biscuit without egg" type shit), just really simple orders (ex. three egg mcmuffins, two sausage biscuits..etc.) I go other places and get a problem every now and then but when I go to Timberlane McDonalds I expect the order to be wrong so I'm sure to check it at the window and every single time its some degree of f****d up.

My boss even gives me a few extra minutes when he knows I'm going there because he knows the order will have to be fixed!

Is the management there just really, really bad or something because I've never seen anything like it in my life and El Dorado has had its share of poorly managed establishments.... Anyone know why this place has so many problems?

Idk about why it does, but I used to visit 3-4 times a week after work ( early am hours) and they constantly tell me there out of something, something is broken or my recent favorite was ... Im sorry we are CLOSED for breakfast prep.......... WTH YOUR 24 HOURS---- how are you closed.

Anyway they have LOST MY business forever- kids or no kids- mine can just eat BK

Yeah I go through prolly once a week get the same thing one kids cheese burger meal only mayo and another kids hamburger meal only mustard and it like I'm speaking another language it has become a joke my kids look to see who's is wrong and I love how I pretty much get my food thrown at me through the window and no thank you nothing !

I have had similar experiences there.. or that they have you move forward to wait for your food only to be sitting there while 8 other cars go thru the drive thru getting their food before you... and when and if they finally bring you the food (i usually have to go back in to get whatever they forgot, they look at you like WTF do you want?!).. TERRIBLE customer service.

the place stinks. food quality is subpar to the northwest avenue mcdonalds. hate to say it but if you're white, expect bad service on timberlane.

Im not a he.... Im a she... but thats irrelevant. Address with management??? hmmmm well BEEN THERE DONE THAT- they clearly dont care. You can even call the 800 number they have posted and speak to a lady who tells you how appalled she is, hows sorry she is, that she will have area director call me (NEVER HAPPENED) and to recieve a gift card (NEVER RECIEVED) not that would have solved the problem but it would have been nice to know should I choose to visit again- which I wont- the same issue would not arise.

really, so its just us white people that get treated poorly??? Ironic to say the least---- people who work in hospitality ONLY have jobs because someone has money to spend in their business.

was not making a fuss, only relaying experiences and responding to original post..... Topix is a community forum where both good and bad things are posted- I also do not go back, so its not like I complain and still frequent them- if you see my first post, I said kids or not Im going to BK... didnt mean to offend you so if your offended my apologies but ya need to put your big girl panties on and deal with it

You sound like most business owners around here defending each other "shhh be quiet about it,don't tell anybody just don't go back" Here's a tip ,how about you shut up and if you dont like written reviews about the on going poor service at Mc Crappys go down and buy something then keep your mouth shut if it's wrong.

WOW. Checked Topix first time since post and there are fourteen other posts already most of them different people confirming the same thing... that Timberlane McDonalds may be the worst fast food establishment in town. Burger King does a better job and they're slow as hell. Sonic does so-so and they have about a thousand food options. Ok, Sonic sucks but still not comparable. I can count on one hand the number of times Taco Bell has been a problem (usually because of picky ordering like 'no cheese on the cheesy gordita crunch' and other stupid things), and Wendy's only issue is making you pull up because your order is taking a long time because its actually made fresh. McDonald's NW AVE does just fine.... there is SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH THE TIMBERLANE MCDONALDS. This can only be attributed to bad decisions being made by someone up the chain. This can't be blamed on " El Dorado's workforce". If that were true then the same problem would be everywhere and its not.

I expected like one person to reply like either the troll idiot or some asshole saying "stop eating McDonald's fatass".... didn't expect so many agreements. People here will take anything they can get and will usually argue to the death that quality here is the same as anywhere else. Must be opposite day. That or Timberlane McDonalds really is f****d.

What makes you think I haven't? I've said something on more than one occasion. Nothing but excuses and nothing changes except an offer to correct your order or give money back. You expect someone to go in and say "everything about this place is failing, the only reason you're in business is because the town is tiny and desperate and fat?" Not only do they not care, but they have no reason to change because they don't expect things to be right and they don't know any better. Its not like they have a bar set and they try to meet it. We're talking about a McDonalds in a small town. The only way they'll ever lose business is if they stop serving food. I made the post just to see if anyone else had the same experience and I never expected so many comments. If you consider my disapproval of frequent failure to be whining then you should move to a place like rural Africa where everyone is nice and nobody whines at all, and all forms of structure and productivity are scoffed at.

Anyone know if both McDonalds have the same owners?

Yep. Worse service in town. And screw up a large percent of their orders.

I think it all lies in the quality of the employeees they hire. I live in OC and will drive to NW Ave before I will go there again.
