I had the same problem for two months! Everytime I called the person I needed was out. I finally called the Little Rock office, and things changed immediatly.Infact the lady in the Little Rock office couldn't believe that I just got finished with court,and was already having problems with the new order. It seems to me the child support office is harder on the fathers that are doing what they are suppose to do than the ones that are not doing anything for their children. We go over and beyond what we are suppose to do and then it seems like we still get shit on....and don't go in front of Landers he is going to always side with child support even when they are wrong. Child support representives will also get in court and lie. Then when you have the mother running around with her nails and new hair do every week and the child looking like an orphan and we are paying 700.00 a month for one kid...you damn right we are pissed.

Oh, to top it all off. I just got another letter in the mail 2 weeks ago saying I am now $3900.00 in arrears and here we go again.

I feel your pain. My husband's child support has been taken out of his check from day one and on top of the 600.00 a month we pay we do all the school shopping, christmas shopping and everything in between and they said he was in arrears started taking extra money out of his check. The Child support office did this for about 6 months with us calling almost every day and complaining and then they says oops our mistake and then they inform us we can not get our money back isn't that some shit and our payment has not went down. I think all of us need to call Little Rock and have them investigated.

Ms. Mad as hell and the stepmother..you are both Pathetic. Do you think $600.00 or $700.00 covers the cost of raising a child a month? If you do I feel very sorry for the kids involved. So you pay child support and buy schools supplies and heaven forbid Christmas presents. So the fuck what? That is what parents do. Once agian you both are a total piece of crap and I feel very sorry for the kids that are in your lives.

my X-wife owes me over $3,500 dollars over most of this year... no help at all from CSE unit here in eldo...yep they handle the case and it's all court ordered...

CSE Locked my ex up on a $500.00 bond.He posted out of jail that very day.It took me over a month to get that money.I got the runaround from CSE and the sheriff's office.They haven't got a clue.It's pathetic.Every time I try to check on my case ,noone's in their office.They also took his income tax and I haven't seen a dime.He will keep getting away with not helping to raise his kid around here. He still gets to see his kid,even though he's over $5000.00 behind.That is screwed up!

Don't feel bad my ex is behind $4000.00. He is court ordered to pay weekly and after 4 missed payments he's suppose to go to jail! It has been over two months since I got a payment. I call the cs office and it dosen't do any good. The sad part is my ex is making $1800.00 a week and somehow is getting by without paying the 200.00 a month that is ordered.

Well, if the NCP has such strict guidelines to follow then the CP should have to live by "some" guidelines as well. I don't have all the answers, but I do know that the kids are falling through the cracks.

Grant it, I'm not talking about the NCP and CPs that do right by their children. I'm talking about the CPs that are only in it for the $$.

And with no accounting, it's almost next to impossible to prove in court.

This is almost verbatim to what happened to us. EXCEPT the CP went down to OCSE and opened a case while she was still married to the NCP (at the time). Guess what, no one seemed to know about that until it showed up on a credit report. Four years worth of "arrearages" even though they were not separated, nor divorced, and he was paying ALL of the bills because she didn't even work. The NCP was constantly telling everyone, "There's no way I owe this. Something's not right." Then we discover the credit report and then it's, "Well, sorry, but a judgment has already been entered on this." Well, isn't that fraud? Can someone tell me who to contact???

I was talking about how the Child Support office screw things up you idiot...we have no problem with taking care of his child...AND WE TAKE CARE OF HIM TOTALLY AND PAY CHILD SUPPORT...so don't feel sorry for our child I bet he is living better than you.

Good luck to all NCP's who are doing right by their kids and still getting screwed. Nothing is being done to change child support laws and even if they did change it, if you live in El Dorado, you still wouldn't see justice. They do need to be investigated at child support there. They are corrupt and crooked as a dogs back leg.

Nothing will ever be done to the child support office in El Dorado...the corruption will continue and innocent people will still get hurt and railroaded by these "officials". Landers, what a joke, he doesn't even hear both sides, just child support's side. Tell me how an emancipated minor's mother still collects child support when that child doesn't even live with her and has kids of her own. Kid is only 17 too. All child support will tell you is that if it gets taken back to court for a review, you will be charged their attorney fees regardless of the outcome. Yep, corrupt and will remain unfair and should be judged criminal.

El Dorado Child Support: Just another means of extortion of innocent people. Called them again today, and again, no reply, was told after calling them at ten a.m. they would get back to me before noon. Noon came and went. Called back was told that they got my message and had gone out to lunch.

I have some advice for non-custodials. Treat your children well. If the custodial is worthless she/he will abuse and neglect the children. And spend all of the child support on them selves. The state won't do a damn thing about it until a kid loses a finger or a limb.

Eventually the child will advance in years to age ten or twelve when they can begin to rationalize. That's when they stop buying all of the bs that the custodial hands them. When the child tells them that they want to go live with the noncustodial the custodial will tell them that they are not allowed to. This will create division in their household. Eventually the child will come of age to make the decision of which parent they want to live with (I think it's twelve in my state). Either that or the child will get big enough to beat the mother back when she hits him/her. This is what happened in my case. She taught him nothing but violence. What do you think he is going to do when he out grows her?

Most people arent making what they made five-ten years ago. Many of those people cannot get their orders lowered. Once you get one or more of your kids you can just go claim assistance and food stamp benefits. In most states they won't put you in jail no matter how far behind you are as long as you are drawing assistance. Me and my son now have a much better life style than we had in years. DFS and Mom conspired to starve us off. Now they are giving us a free ride. It's not much, but it blows away how much they let us keep out of my paycheck, and I don't even have to go in and punch a clock to get it.
