Do not be concerned. They will not stop operations here in Union County and will come out of bankruptcy even stronger.

Probably a Chapter 11, which involves the reorganization of a company. Not all bankruptcies mean the collapse of a business. It simply allows them to try to make organizational changes and obtain some relief from creditors. People freak out when they hear the word "bankruptcy" , but many companies have come back stronger and more profitable after filing for bankruptcy.
