It is inhumane to confine any living creature in the high humidity of south Arkansas with a chain. Building a fence to keep them outside does not create a financial hardship. It prioritices inconsiderate owners to put the needs of their loved pet above their material wants (clothes, restaurant dining, functions and events, clubs, concerts, etc.) If you can't afford a fence in the next couple of months, KEEP YOUR PET INSIDE. Period. It is too hot in the coming months to have a pet dehydrating due to no access to water via being wrapped around a tree or poll. Great job, El Dorado City Council!

Dumbass, what in my previous post is self-serving? It's about the common sense of not tying a dog up. It's inhumane. Period. For dogs outside the city??? The EL DORASO CITY COUNCIL has NO JURISDICTION outside the city, dumbass!!! Talk to the quorum court. It's needed in the county too. Why is a law such as this one needed? Because there are so many selfish dipshits around here who abuse their animals in this humid environment. I take it YOU are one of them... How does your dog not rip your throat out at night???

That's your problem. You're "arming" for an argument, when you should be engaging a justifiable reason for a point of view. With 6 weeks of discussion, one wasn't presented by the city council. So, we didn't expect one from you, either.
