HELL NO. He backs off from too many cases. WHY? Does anybody know? Every time he holds back in the court room it puts that more work load on the cops to have to arrest again. Cops and Detectives work they're butts off and lay hard evidence in front of the Prosecutor and then he does nothing with it. Why? The fine Prosecutor of this District is not living up to his campaign promises. Does anybody reading this know of anybody who was arrested and walked out of the court room free?

Like who do you want in jail? You must not have visited the local court room lately. Everyone going through there has to pay a fine or (and) time depending on the case. What's "he" backing off of anyway?
no justice

I'm not talking about farting in church. I'm talking about hard drugs, murder and little things like that. Court costs are nothing but cover charges. Agressive Prosecutors don't let anybody walk OR they back off and let the chosen few go out the door.

Our prosecutor is doing a fantastic job. With our jails flooded, one can only conclude that parents have failed at their job, leaving our facility to fine those that commit minor offenses and make room for those that commit crimes against others. Those that look to be upset are most likely the ones that have been convicted. Keep up the good work!

Yes, parents go wrong. Some think their little angel could never do wrong. Even when the teachers say there is a problem with the kids behavior. Even when the neighbors hear the parents and kids constantly screaming. When the screaming doesn't work they buy the trouble makers all sorts of toys like, four wheelers and trucks. Then the parents buy the kids out of trouble. And blame everyone else but themselves.

You know people can get parole, right? Innocent until proven guilty in the court of law? It's what makes this country so great!

but you have to have been tried in a court of law and to prison to get paroled right?
