Difference is that this is true.

The complex is a wasted source of income for our city/county. Someone should take a good look at the potential, then appoint a board that would take advantage of this facility to generate income for area businesses by hosting tournaments on a regualr basis.

Not little kiddie tournaments. They need to have some softball tournaments with grown men who know how to mash a softball. That's where the real money is.

Do you not realize that little kiddies do not pay there way. It takes interested parents. Therefore you have more money coming in because of parents, grandparents, aunts , uncles all paying . While at a mens tournament you have the player only. Hence, more people- more money being spent. If that is to hard for you to figure out, I give up!

Exactly! Little kiddies don't pay 'their' way. Only interested parents are paying. Maybe aunts, uncles, AMD grandparents. While in a men's tournament, the men, their wives, their parents, children, aunts, uncles, cousins, and fans all come out to support. Hence, more people with more money being spent at men's tournaments. It's great that you are man enough to give up if you can't rap your brain around this concept.

It is obvious you have never been to a youth tournament. You can not reason with ignorance.

Put down the crack pipe and slowly back away! I am going to assume you are only trying to stir the pot, and don't really believe that crap you wrote. Because if you do, you are delusional. The number of fans at a youth tournament will easily double that of an adult tournament. Ask any manager of a real complex which tournament they would rather host. It would be youth 100% of the time.

Ken Blackmon is about as crooked as they come. The new management chosen to run the complex is a joke. Instead of hiring the right people for the job. Ken hired his "favorites". What a shame. This boycott will be supported by lots of parents and teams.

Heard there is a meeting tomorrow at Norphlet where the boycott will become official, and the teams from el dorado will decide where they will play.

Congratulations! Looks like the Complex will be adult only this year. Bet revenue will skyrocket (based on your theory) and everyone will be happy. You 40 year old kids can "mash" all the balls you want.

Us youth parents will be spending our money at other fields.

If it was a boycott, then it was your choice not to play at the complex. No one is keeping the youths from playing but the parents. Have fun driving everywhere.

I live closer to the PC fields than the complex. So do many others, and some live as close to Norphlet as the complex. So the driving has zero effect on where we play.

It does if you have to drive your fatass to Norphlet or the other calorie hoarders have to tote their fatasses to PC. The complex will be cashing in while you take a second job to cover travel expenses.

Politics are about as stupid as your comment. Shut your pie hole. Just because the complex sent you kiddos packin because of lost money doeesnt mean your ignorant tantrums will be tolerated.
