Im looking to rent a place owned by this lady but Ive heard some things about her and was wondering if it was just hearsay or if there is any truth to it? If you have any experience renting from her please let me know. Thank you.

I would assume you are asking about Marilyn Bridges. If so, she is a very sweet lady. She is excellent to rent from. Quick to fix anything that needs attention, and very respectful of your space. I don't personally don't think you could find a better landlord. She's great, so for it!

The Reed lady at Century 21 has rent properties and is as nice as can be. Makes sure things are fixed up right and fair on her prices too. They are good people.

You must be Marilyn because she is the only one that would think she was nice. Take advice from a previous tenant. Yes, previous. Her way of fixing is to ignor it then when she is tired of hearing you bitch about it, she kicks you out. She is Hitler and Sybil (13 different personalities) all in one. Good luck if you are a renter because it won't last long. I suggest you start looking now before it's too late.

At all - very crooked and very unprofessional!
If u do make sure that the deposit u put down in the beginning will also be your last month rent - due to the fact that she will NOT return your deposit!
