Well no, there is no Atwoods stalker. There is an Eppinettes stalker trying to make everybody believe there is an Atwoods stalker. That would be you. Nobody is being fooled.

I can't believe the resident psycho actually made a thread about someone at Atwoods just so he could claim theres an Atwoods stalker. If being called out for being crazy and obsessed with the Eppinettes for years (and long before Atwoods was even rumored to be coming here) wasn't getting to him, I don't think he'd be responding this way.

What a miserable, hateful person. I can't imagine living with such bitterness. How sad and unfulfilling his life must be.

I can't believe the resident psycho actually made a thread about Atwoods, AGAIN! It just never gets old, does it? If being called out for being crazy and obsessed with the new Atwoods store for years (and long before they was even rumored to be coming here) wasn't getting to him, I don't think he'd be responding this way.

$349.000 and I don't think they have raised dogs in several years but when they did it was no puppy mill, well cared for.

It looks pretty nice but that's a lot of money considering it's a pretty old home which has been veneered and added onto about 4 times

nearly 5000 sg ft totally updated for only 69.00 per sq ft is cheap, most homes will cost 100.00 per sq ft and up, I would guess that swimming pool was probably 30 grand, not to mention a 3 car garage, trust me it is worth the asking price, I bet it will appraise for way more than the asking price.

Accessories on homes don't increase it's value just like rims, stereo systems, etc. don't increase the value of vehicles.$69 a square foot is cheap...inside El Dorado city limits. It's about average out in the county. But, if it hasn't been updated in A while...

There's no denying it's a nice looking place but when you know the base structure is from at least the early 70's or older and also that a concrete block mechanics shop has been incorperated into living space it becomes a little of this and a little of that.Bottom line though is if the Eppinettes said "here we're giving you this house" I'd say THANKS!
Can't forget they also spread they're money around and helped the local economy by having all that construction done.

Oh, so they bought personal crap for their own benefit. How can the local economy not thank them enough by being available to provide such services?!?! Good riddance.

sorry you are wrong about the concrete shop being part of the house, that shop is still their right behind the house. I know the family well and I have been in that shop building many time's...it is not attached to the house, it is a free standing building that only adds value to that property,.and I can assure you that the Eppinettes are in no financial binds, they chose to make a. Better life for themselves.
