None. Our quality of talent on little league today is poor. There's always golf.

Agreed. Which is why high school and college graduates move back in with Dad. No plan B.

Yep there are a few "big names" not just home visiting but home period either for grades, parents $$$$ had no influence or they just didn't cut the mustard.

It's a few years off but there are some travel ball kids that are doing well. Winning tournaments against larger market areas. We are about 3 years from seeing several area beasts. Parkers Chapel and Junction have some kids coming up that are the real deal.

They always have. So has El Dorado, Smackover, and Norphlet. They always fade into the masses as they get older. Little League is light years from the high school level. Sounds just like more of the same good, quality baseball. But nothing spectacular.

little league is a great place to start! The freshman team at El Dorado have won a lot of titles in little league and I think they will have another state championship for El Dorado! I think most of the boys from the state championship team last yr are playing in college on scholarships!!!! I would really suggest knowing something before opening your mouth! Just because you couldn't cut it doesn't mean you need to bash other people!

Little league is the foundation. Yes there will be plenty of kids that look good now that wont ever step on the hs or college field and kids you havent seen that will. Our area is behind but catching up quickly with the larger and more dominate areas. I watched a kid from JC pitch 2 weekends ago in Camden and if he continues will be something special. No idea what his name was but he had a cool mohawk. That team had several quality kids. He just stood out because he was making the batters look like t ballers.

There is a tournament in El Dorado next weekend. There should be some good teams playing so if you like LL baseball come check it out. Maybe the boy with the Mohawk will be there.

No, there's been 7 or 8 in one class in years past. Seems kind of low for El Dorado.

Actually you need to get your facts straight! There were 5 in the 2012 class! 1 in the 2011 class and 2 or 3 in the 2009 class!

Maybe you need to get your head out of your ass and be more clear!! If 7 or 8 went to play that would be a high number of graduates from one team to go play college ball!! what year was this?
