I think it is good we are trying to bring more variety to El Dorado. It might stop people from going to Monroe and Little Rock so much to buy clothes.

We can't support it. Something else will go out of business or one of those stores will. I think you should expect the world's smallest and crappiest TJ Max if you go there.

TJmax was announced in paper, but not one thing has been done for them to move in. Never seen anything about RUE other than here.

Well by all means, if you don't know about it, it must not be happening.

Need to put in a catfish restaurant in the old mm cohn building. There is a pond located at the south loading dock full of fish. Towel head should be required to drain that mosquito hole!
Lets all call the city and complain.

Reviving the mall? Only if the population spikes about 40%. We've lost over 12% since 2000 and the mall was in decline even then. Means we need way above a 12% increase to see anything thrive the way it did back in the day. Even if we have a 4 or 5% increase its not going to help.

Ok. So you are saying it would take a population increase of about 15000 people in order for a few stores in a tiny building to do good? You are a genius.

I agree with you, without the population increase first new stores will only put out the older businesses, you can't tell some of these people anything, you can bet one thing they are not making there livings in retail.
