This is it, that would be a great idea, I bet if you paid them a competent wage most of them would jump at the chance to work and get off assistance. I have worked and paid taxes my whole life too but most states with this high of sales tax does not have income tax or any tax on groceries. Our problem here is that the prisoners in jail get $10.00 hr for their work for city and county, boys club, and state highway work. Most of those jobs do not pay men who are trying to feed their families near that much. I know most of prisoners money goes to pay off fines but that is my point. In the long run all these tax dollars coming in and lot of work being done by prisoner labor so they can pay city or county fines and housing costs in jail. Yet all we ever hear here is we have no money. Just crazy. Yet when a project comes up they want we pull thousands of dollars sometimes millions to do it. The up and coming country singer has two hits out right now, but the rest is really not anyne I know or would really want kids to see.
Whatever

Coolio is affiliated with the Juggalos (gangster rap street gang) and ICP (Insane Clown Posse). Do a little research. Is this the type of "entertainer" we want in this town? Things could get interesting.
