I suppose that's what the poultry industry is calling "free range" chickens. Sounds like the ones they are selling to the Muslims, so they will meet their dietary requirements. Maybe we can get that company that's moving to Arkladelphia come and collect these in El Dorado.

There is also a growing market nation wide among Hispanic immigrants for "fresh" ( as in still living when purchased ) chickens and goats.

There's a good idea - help El Dorado by having the Mexicans gather all the feral chickens, and the Vietnamese gather all the dogs and cats that are loose. Save the city money instead of having to pay that bug guy to catch them.

Is a federal grant available to subsidize adding a chicken hawk and falconer to Animal Control? If we got a general purpose raptor, it could also be flown over the airports.

Are they still at large? Drove through their habitat this morning looking. Haven't seen any the last few times I've looked.

Chickens are nasty creatures whether they are feral or not. They're vicious.
