High land value in murmil heights? That place has been on a steady decline for some years now. That place will be little more than a higher scale haygood neal before much longer. The hood rats a taking it over and the older white people are selling out to get away.
And the land value can come back up, as real estate cycles generally do. The older white people sold out 20 years ago. A gated community and upgraded neighborhood features can price the hood rats out and encourage sensible, classy people to move back in. If you had any knowledge of economic development, or general foresight, this wouldn't have to be explained to you.

Have you drove through Murmil in the last five years? No sensible or classy people would ever move back in there regardless of a stupid gate. The houses are run down. It is nothing more than a getto neighborhood. i can't imagine what the inside of the houses look like.

Circling around the South Side School area on the way to recycle some cardboard the other day, I experienced a feeling that this neighborhood is ripe for gentrification. I began looking for shotgun styles and wasn't seeing any. I believe that for a better mix, Mr. Blann should require that any new construction in the area be either shotgun or dog trot.

I don't need you explaining a damn thing to me. That place has and will continue to slide towards a hood rats mecca. They've already had large free for alls in there, thuggery, and dope dealing. Lots of houses with little to no grass in the yards because of the cars in yards. You can't shine a turd and make it look better. If you had any knowledge of past and present murmil, combined with the socio-economic groups that now inhabit that area this wouldn't have to be explained to you.

It is ridiculous and shows how stupid many of the people who live in that area are. People pay big money all over the country to have limited access to their neighborhoods.

Apparently you do, as it's clear the knowledge of real estate cycles seems to escape you. The place has become a hood rat mecca, bit that can and will eventually change. I have more knowledge of Murmil Heights than you could ever dream of and actually lived there more than 20 years ago. A rise in real estate value could change that, and a gated community has traditionally increased similar properties in towns like Hot Springs, Shreveport, Rogers, Little Rock, etc. I suggest you visit some of these towns the next time your boss lets you off work. Educate yourself firsthand.
