Well lets just look at your idea of you in your own words.
" The Stock Market soared under his watch and the 1% not only got richer but people like me who are heavily invested in stocks got richer also"
"I still haven't been able to sign up for Obama Care yet"
" I am trying t convince all of my family to get on every piece of government assistance known to man that is possible"
1.Rich people pay a very low ratio of taxes to income.
2.Why would a rich person want to buy health insurance through the exchange, it would be of absolutely no benefit to a rich person, damn sure would not qualify for a subsidy.
3." convincing all of your family to get on every piece of government assistance"
You need to make up your mind here, either you support these programs or you don't, I would dare say from previous post you were adamantly opposed.
People like you, God please help us All..........
I am not a WELFARE QUEEN like you so I will need some assistance. Please tell me how to get on all the free stuff like the people of Salem do. Thanks...

This is where it would be most becoming for you to show discernment and use wisdom before speaking in a manner that exposes the fact that you aren't very smart.
This is just one of hundreds of red flag warnings that you have belittled, only to realize in time, they will not only come to pass, but will also be more destructive to middle America than even the most dismal predictions.
These are the instances where your party has betrayed you. And while you made remarks such as this above, the reality continues to be this too shall come to pass, and you will run and hide only to show back up with comments like this. It is a familiar pattern to everyone but you.
Maybe I am missing some thing here, but would it not be a reasonable conclusion to say one who is lacking intelligence would also be lacking wisdom as well?

Considering that to be fact, would it not make your above statement about speaking with a lack of discernment for wisdom to be .......... Impossible..... for one you say,

its a " fact that you aren't very smart.

Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

That fruit barney has his fruit salad full of tomato's.

I know what he did,and when he did it.
Now that you have some -what of an idea of what you are talking about, lets look a little deeper.
First of all it was Congress that was in recess, not just the Senate.
The problem is ,Congress was in recess.
They had this scheme of how we can go back to our districts and claim we are in session at the same time by using Parliamentary procedure.
They leave one Republican behind to come to a empty gallery every few days bang the gavel
and declare congress in session, till they get back from vacation. HOW CLEVER
Now, don't you think it would have been rather difficult for the Senate to debate and
"advise and consent on the appointments of high ranking executive branch officials"
when they were not in Washington D.C ?.
Although it made it very easy for Republicans to strip the President of his constitutional authority to use the,
Recess Appointments Clause which says that the “President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate."
The ,Recess Appointments Clause, has been the law for well over a hundred years now.
Do you really think that Congress was the first to come with the Idea to use this procedure to block a recess appointment.
I would highly doubt it, just the only ones arrogant , and stupid enough, VIA -
TEA PART, to try and pull it off.
If the decision that is expected in June comes down against the Republicans, I would just about bet the decision will not be released till after mid term elections.
If it goes against the Democrats I would say this Republican stacked court will issue its ruling well before mid- term election.
We shall see how it plays out.
There you have it have my man.
A small group of Right Wing extremist was having their cake and eating it too, just as a added bonus they strip the President of his constitutional authority.
How do defend that?
Blah, Blah, Blah. You do realize that the Senate WAS NOT in recess when the appointments were made. John Malcolm, director of Heritage’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, explains what happened:
President Obama tried to pull a fast one on the American public. He had the temerity to try to tell the Senate how to interpret its own rules about when it was “in session” for the purposes of making a “recess appointment,” something no President has ever attempted.
This is what makes Obama's appointments unconstitutional where other President's appointments were constitutional. Had nothing to do with political activism from the judges no matter how much you wish it were so.

You can't confront a liberal with the truth. They will just ignore it.. These people live and die by the lie. I don't have to tell you how many times that lib is confronted with the truth and he finally realizes it, then he drops the topic instantly and moves on to another, never admitting he lied or made a mistake and never talking about his lie again. That lib has been trained well..

Summary: Obama tried to redefine the recess rules of the Senate so he could make recess appointments when he wanted to. They weren't redefined so Obama went ahead and made the appointments anyway. Someone recognized Obama's actions as unconstitutional (because they were) and the case went before the courts to decide. Courts ruled the appointments unconstitutional based on the evidence presented. Case waiting to go before the SCOTUS. All the rambling, blaming, and demonizing you're doing trying to find a footing to make a case means nothing. Obama overreached his authority and he got caught. Deal with it.

Just can't see the forest for those trees in your narrow minded view can you?

Just cannot understand how the idea of social welfare comes at much less of a cost to the public, than what the cost to the people would be without one.

Perhaps you can understand this- rather liberal idea..........

Utah is going against the tide. In eight years, Utah has reduced homelessness by 78 percent and is on an arc to eliminating homelessness within the state by 2015. Utah has accomplished this by doing the obvious, giving homeless people homes.

In 2005, Utah did the math and determined that the yearly costs of emergency room visits and jail for homeless people was $16,670 per person. The cost of providing each homeless person with an apartment and social work came to $11,000. So, with no strings attached, the state started giving away apartments.

The program, Housing First, also provides a caseworker to each homeless person to aid them in becoming self sufficient. The program has become so successful that other states are looking for similar results by starting programs modeled after Utah’s.

“Frankly my dear...”

The irony, Barney, is there are many people that may be considered smart but are far from wise, and never show discernment.
Ironically, you have none of the three, except in your own eyes. There isn't a person here that doesn't know this, except you, and you just keep going, and going, and going.
One can be 'book smart' and never acquire real wisdom, but only an arrogant ass can be neither book smart, nor wise, with the discernment of a brick. And you, Barney, win that prize, hands down.

Seems as if you are beating a dead horse here, repeating what you said before hand, if you recalled i agreed, anybody that stupid would be lacking discernment of the social graces.

Now as for your titles, I have to disagree, for example, you say-

"only an arrogant ass can be neither book smart, nor wise, with the discernment of a brick"

I disagree, I do believe that would be a, DUMB ASS, not a "arrogant ass".

Not to point any fingers, but I think a Dumb Ass just showed me they can be a "arrogant ass" as well.

Seems to me just reading over these last few posts, that you, mr. Barney, are the dead horse that's being beaten.
What's more apparent is that everyone here enjoys beating you like a dead horse. Maybe it's time for you to just stay down, since, from what I've read, you're wrong about everything you defend.

Perhaps you can understand the concept of getting off of your lazy ass and getting a job! There are high paying jobs in this country and employers begging for people to come and work for them.
