They really expect someone to get by on 8 dollars an hour?? How about they shove that money up their pu**y and rotate it!

Minimum wage is less than that, dipshit. It's a temp offering. When the Fed goes up to 9 an hour, appreciate it. The only joke is your ignorance of the real world.

You could always go work for Applebees for less than that and you also get the bonus of having people cry about the bad service.

Temp agencies don't set the pay amounts their clients do.

Nobody expects you to live on an amount. Companies pay what the job is worth and the US Government has decided that the minimum wage is $7.25 per hour.
Those $8.00 an hour jobs out there are for entry level people that usually aren't worth what they are getting paid.

I've been a temp several time through all of the temp services in El Dorado. I've been paid way more than $8.00/hour from all of them Johnson's included.

It's all about what you bring to the job. Just like the non-temp world.

If that was true for Applebee's, then they wouldn't have such a high turnover rate and customers would not be crying all the time.

And that's why she's not getting paid what she "feels" she is worth.

Companies will pay only what they have to pay. If minimum wage were to go down to $4/hr, many companies would find reasons to let go of their "expensive" help so that they could bring in a fresh crop of new workers they could pay...$4/hr.
