FFB now has NO FIREARMS ALLOWED IN BUILDING signs on doors complete with a slash in circle superposed on a drawing of a revolver for our friends who don't read English or undocumented visitors to Planet Earth. Share your thoughts on this ( especially after the broad daylight mugging at gun point in the heart of the Theater District this week ) with the employees while otherwise demonstrating your solidarity with and support for them in The Alley.

We should go back to carrying on our hips and handling our own business. Wyatt Earp style. Crime rate would go down, I guarantee.

It will stop the law abiding citizens that have a concealed carry permit. As that sign is what is specifically called for in the CCP law.

Sorry, spaced out and posted below on wrong thread:
Should we ask an NRA staff attorney to write them pointing out their potential liability if one of their customers who left their gun in the car to comply with the sign is injured in an attack in the parking lot? It didn't take Walmart long to take down the no guns signs several years ago.

Target has just announced that their stores are now gun free zones in response to efforts by some moms' group. You might consider avoiding them as a security risk as they may now be targeted.

Heard on NPR that Target will not posts signs and is merely requesting that customers not bring guns into their stores. The problem from their prospective seems to be the open carry activists who have been bringing rifles into the stores.

Hahahahahahahha. You're too funny! Wish I were back in FL. It looks like a hurricane might be in store for the 4th. I'm closing the hurricane curtains and heading inland tomorrow. After Sandy hit a couple years ago, I'm not taking any chances.
Wondering
