Promise for the future
Could Cleveland County get a new high school, a new convention center and send 90 percent of its high school graduates to college? It happened in El Dorado, Ark., where a program raises money to pay the full college tuition of local graduates, said Sylvia Thompson, executive director of that organization, the El Dorado Promise.

I don't think it pays the full tuition, but does pay some each year for 4 yrs
