Actually the second location of Marilyn's was shut down right before opening time the first night of music fest by a "code violation"! And the owner was not given time to fix it before Music Fest, no doubt on purpose! And yes it felt quite bogus since it is well known many on the Main Street board do not like the owner! He wanted to put tables outside for his customers & the board didn't want him to! So yeah I know what I'm talking about, & maybe you should do a little homework yourself!
Evidently, you don't know enough to comprehend what you read. I don't have to do my homework. I have some common sense and I'm knowledgeable of my local, state, and federal laws. I suggest you brush up on them. If only you could do something about your lack pf common sense
