What is the best one out there and why??? I need to lose and tone..before May..help

Call Phil Eppinette and ask him about weight loss, not sure what program he used but he dropped like 50 or 60 pounds in about 6 months and does not have the normal loose skin flab hanging like you normally see from that much weight loss, he looks very well toned so he has had to be on a strick ex-program, this man is in his early to mid 50's but has the body of a 30 year old man in good shape.

Never take advice from some creep that can't even spell it. Lipo and plastic surgery are not the way to go.

Are you male or female?? Women tend to want to loose the bottom. Men not so much. If new at it you want a dvd that says low impact or beginners or you'll get frustrated. Beginners pilates tends to be gentle, even yoga, yes yoga. Moving is the most important thing you can do. Walking shows slow results but increase distance and effort. Go online and review dvds. The review will tell you what you're looking for, the area you want to fight and normal people's opinions. Fad diets don't work just eat colorful veggies without sauce, small portions of chicken of fish grilled or baked. Protein in the morning will stave off hunger. Wheat products if you want bread. Don't skip meals. Eat a healthy snack when hungry. Fruit, no juice. No diet soda. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Work out 4 to 5 days a week, 7 if all you do is walk. NO ALCOHOL. Say bye, bye to white food...bread, pasta, potatoes...goes to the middle. You will loose. I promise. Make it a life change. Oh, talk to your doctor about any possible health issues and calories you require. You can find that online too for your height, frame and age.
