If I were that guy on trial for this killing, I would be nervous, very nervous. If he ends up in prison someone will get him. However, are there gangs in prison that don't like hells angels? This is actually worse than picking a fight with a guy that knows karate!! I had a friend who did that, after the guy warned him and warned him, he finally bowed his head, put his hands together, and in one quick move which consistend of a leg kick and a karate chop, dropped my friend to the ground where he didn't get up let alone move. Karate is pretty respectful, the karate guy just bowed his head and put his hands back together and went and got a beer. The angels will not do anything because the angels are cowards that use their support men to lie. Based on Farnsworth's description and court case in CC County, I am willing to bet he is addicted to some sort of drug, more than likely meth. This wouldn't at all surprise me if he knew MacLean or Foakes or one of the riders from the meth trade and had some sort of vendetta or past transgression. Also not surprised that CDCR folks denied the father's request. A convict serving time that is associated with a criminal group will never get out for a funeral. Unfortunately for him, his poor decision making abilities have cost him a last chance to see his son.

I think it was self defense you know some kid is not going to start shooting for no reason he was probably afraid for his life and the womens life. I also think that he just shot to chase them and the bullet found the mark by accident. As far as charging foakes will have to see about what the evidence says.
