Jury Convicts Man In Wife's Brutal Stabbing Death

A South Bay man was found guilty Thursday of first-degree murder in the stabbing death of his estranged wife.

if there is a death penalty that would be a tragedy. think about it. all members of the fam would be dead. i have never heard of anybody getting the death penalty for murdering a close fam member.

Life In Prison? Why should you or I pay for him to be housed and fed for the rest of his life. Marion the Barbarion should be executed NOW! Here's why: this was beyond Jeffrey Dahmer behavior,(because his murder victime was someone he pursued and married)and as a result of his murdering (overkill) actions, this barbarion's human rights have been revoked. He has the nerve to blame his abusive/murdering behavior on CrystAL Meth! Jigga Please! The San Diego County Sheriff's Department has done extensive programs on Meth use for decades now. So tell me, how many others (out of the total of Meth users), were found lying in wait-then stabbing their "loved one" 21-24 times all while the knife bent at a 90 degree angle. No!!!! No food and shelter for othe rest of this barbarian's life. No! He gets executed NOW, and his remains become a cadaver for medical student practice purposes...especially his brain. I want to see it taken from his head while he's still conscious, and put in a jar, and when the med students are done with it, they can dowse it in fuel and set it ablaze. Citizens, Judges, and Secret Societies of San Diego County, this barbarion, begged for mercy from the Jury for a lesser charge? WHAT? Peggy begged for her life for 5 hours!

Tell me, How do you really feel? the problem with the death penalty, is that it decides that person is no longer good for anything. no value, and can never change. I don't want him out, as he does need to pay the price for this terrible crime, but lets say his remorse is sincere, and It most likely was the meth that sent him into his rage, maybe, just maybe he can touch the life of some young kid in prison and keep him from doing the same stupid mistake of throwing away multiple lives. People do change, I bet you were not always as angry as you are now, and you will caln down at a later date, that is change. All life is precious, not all life gets used. Let this man make his amends by changing things for the better, otherwise the life(and death) of your friend meant nothing. besides life in prison is a far worse punishment, that the easy way out. and in fact, it costs more to house an inmate on death row than it does in general population.

Charlie Baker, I'm not Angry, I'm honest. He abused his first wife too, and in the same manner that Tookie Williams (or whatever his name is) wrote childrens books while in prison, after he terrorized Los Angeles, and possibly may have slightly changed some childs mind, it still doesn't take away from the fact that he murdered/tortured innocent people in L.A., hence Tookie still got executed. Change a child? Are we that desperate or TOO LAZY as parents, uncles, aunts, cousins etc., to do our own "guiding/changing of our children in the first place"? What's wrong with us as a society where we would actually rely on a 1st Degree Murderer to give guidance to our children? Turn off the TV/Xbox's etc. and guide your own children. Meth doesn't make someone murder a loved one, those murdering thoughts were entertained long before the Meth use. You don't know him personally, but I know the family and there's so much more to t Marion the Barbarion. The public only saw a small portion of his dictionary reading arrogant ass, which was displayed when he fired his court appointed attorney, arrogantly thinking that he could do a better job at defending himself. Good move for the attorney though! Execute, Execute, Execute! I'd rather my tax dollars feed and house spouses and children who are running and hiding from monsters like Marion. Who are you to define my emotions? You don't know Jack____! I do hope that you never have to experience someone murdering you or your loved one!
