See, there is your problem, you call me ignorant but yet you are ignorant of simple sentence structure. The only reason I said anything in the first place about your lack of grammar was because you had the audacity to say something about our 3rd grade education. One other question, why the name change?? You crying on another thread about something and forget to change it? "ay ducky- ta ta"
blah blahblah - you are a tiring morn who will never get why what etms does is wrong.

Why is publishing arrests wrong? Is it wrong when the newspaper, TV or radio publishes or broadcasts them or just when us or the busted paper does it?

Your tax dollars pay for law enforcement to arrest and charge these people and you as a taxpayer has every right to see who and why each person was arrested. If there was a way to access the court records on a timely basis we would gladly tie convection data.

It's called transparency and government transparency is a wonderful thing.

yes its wrong whoever is doing it. timely isnt the issue - lazy is!- this isnt gov. transparency. you want to monitor and whistle blow on the gov. im all for it. this isnt that this is exposing possibly innocent people to avery real potential harm. period.

I had an animal once that reminds me of you, it was a jack-ass! Your argument has no merit, as I have said, I have been in one of their issues, not my proudest moment by any means but did not feel slighted at all, hell, they don't discriminate, so it is fine by me!

I think the idiot looks back at you when you stare in your mirror. Lonestar broke your argument and all you can do is resort to name calling. its kind of pathetic. We all know you don't like our publication. Just give it a rest. All your hot air is accomplishing is making yourself look stupid.

as for you parasit, ive made the arguments but you and the other idiots of your ilk are obviously unable to comprehend. your probably ok with the nsa's monitoring phone calls too. you dont seem to understand the difference between accused and convicted. of couse if i accuse you of all manner of stupidity you may try litigation so ill just let your actions speak for that.

Perhaps we can't "comprehend" because that is the only word you spelled correctly? Let me say this real slow, they are arrests records, they are public records. So they may be found not guilty, but they WERE arrested. I would bet my 14 inch spare tire that you are making this argument because of a case where they did that diversion bullshit, in other words, they were guilty but the courts decided that if they didn't screw up again in a year their record is erased. Let me tell you one more thing sweet pea, I never said I was guilty, but I WAS arrested, no harm, no foul. Hope you have a wonderful innocent life... try to stay out of that publication, ya hear!!!
ETMS, the main thing I check out in your publication is how the present day drugs are destroying the young people, it is a shame when I am looking at what appears to be a 47 year old lady and find out it's a 27 year old meth head. Of course the repeats show how bad it is, seems like the same people are in it within a week of being released, a sad world indeed. Keep up the good work, free enterprise is a great thing!

Duh, thanks for showing the genius the difference between a possessive pronoun and a contraction!

i didnt know it was a spelling bee!! as for the rest - you just dont get it, the potential for harm to the innocent, and never will get it apparently. i hope the blinders you wear dont keep you from seeing the truck barreling down on you!!

Here is a thought lost on you... ALL individuals ARE innocent UNTIL PROVEN guilty.
Did you miss that day in civics class?
Mugshots have absolutely no bearing on innocents or guilt. They are a record to accompany the charge. They identify the person charged. They are not shown in a court of law. Individuals are not allowed in courtroom or in front jurors(unless they present a greater danger to themselves or the public) handcuffed.

Here us a question that I would love to have your insight on simply because we disagree on a variety of issues.... It involves the wiretapping situation. I personally don't like that they do it. However, having said that I understand WHY it would be done. Let's suppose that through this practice they discover a plot that involves massive injury to large amount of the general population..... Do they act on it it ignore it? Would you hold them liable if it is determined that such intel would have saved lives, yet "they" did not react? Suppose a family member is killed, would you be content that no one reacted. This is a changing world.
I am curious. I am not setting this up to attack you, only wish your thoughts.

the wiretapping is unacceptable. in it's absence the "reaction" becomes moot as there is no info to react to!! yes it is a changing world. perhaps rahter than quietly accepting that fact we should be more active in at least attempting to steer ourselves to the changes that are good for us rather than letting the 1%ers do all the deciding. just a thought!!

I do not believe in being watched by big brother all day myself. We have a problem, it could be YOUR next door neighbor that decides to go berserk and bomb the parade, did he call all his friends and tell them or just snap, hell he might have mowed your lawn for you day before yesterday. I don't believe that listening to our conversations is going to stop any major catastrophe, so critic, we can agree on something. Good question "duh"!
