I did apologize and will be certain to check facts before posting in the future. I should have been more considerate of all involved and again I apologize.

I can assure you that I am not well known in this area at all. I only know a handful of people none of which are invovled in this case so I hardly think anything I have posted here will have any affect on the case. If rumors, assumptions and innuendo were basis for mistrial I doubt we would ever get through a single case on the docket.

Apologizes indeed. My point is that rumors will be around, no matter the situation or who is invovled. This aweful tragedy had affect many lives with one careless, selfish and violent act.

the trial is coming more near than ever, and i'm so glad.this family has gone through alot in the past few years their father has recently past away and now its going on 2 years that chad has past.it's a shame the family has to go through this while the man who killed chad has been free the whole time, and being with his family.and to the comment made above chad actually died almost 6 hours later at the hospital.but i'm also sorry you had to see what went on but glad you were their to help him for whatever you could thanks.i hope everyone has not forgotten what a tragedy this was and still is to the family.its time they serve their sentences.

Assuming under the pretense that all are innocent until proven guilty..... the trail should have already been held. In my mind , they do not have a defense but then again I have not heard all the evidence. I am just wondering why they are delaying this trail so long. I thought speedy trail was a right not a for granted situation. Next month would be sometime in August, correct? Has it not been well over 2 yrs since the death of this man?

what about the fact that the bros claimed self defense? two young guys against two older men with crminal background they did not have a gun or pointed it point blank at the other. why were the bros the ones that blocked chad and friend on the rode for confruntration? he chose a weapon and killed avery decent and loving twin brother and loving for his family, he should pay and soon. what if he gets pissed off again who will he shoot next you or I.

I understand your emotions. I feel the same way, why is this dragging out. The brothers, the accused, have enjoyed almost two years freedom. This is a whole lot more than the young man was allowed. Enough is enough, this trial should begin. More time to prepare a defense, not like the victim can retaliate, he is unfortunatly dead. The ineffective counsel seems like a crock. Should this have not been discovered before a year and 1/2?
One of the brothers has been arrested several times before all this, as well as, after this incident. Rmom have you stated your husband is a bail bondsman, how do these people keep getting out? How do they keep getting bond? What do you have to do to be put in jail and stay there? Please educate me.
Poor mother of the young man, I am sure she feels unsafe. Her ex husband killed her child, allegedly, and is free. What a world!
These guys keep putting it off in hopes of having a easier trail. If you postpone it for years eventually the system loses information and some things are not allowed to be used against them after years. Its all a bunch of crap. Our system isnt worried about nothing but money..they could careless if these guys are convicted and put behind bars or not..

This is crazy that this woman has to live with her child being gone and the brothers that are to blame are running around this town.

I used to work with Ronnie Bledsoe the guy who is accused of this and also went to truck driving school with him in the early 90's when we both got laid off from Assured Castings.
He was always a pretty good guy back then but then again I have not seen him in around 16 years.

Look i know Ronnie personally i am very close to him and his loved ones...Ronnie is a wonderful man and the mother of this child is the reason for his death..Patty is a crack head for crying out loud..Although i feel sympothy for her loss i feel that she shouldn't have sent her son to continue her dirty work...Ronnie Bledsoe should be free he is a generous man and it was self defense...

First let me say this is a horrible ordeal for both families. They both have lost children. Now the the MEN who did the murder, was there not witnesses? If so they should NOT be out on bail, and second for such a horrible crime no bail should be set! We are to soft on crime if we punished a little harder well just maybe crime would not be so high. When I first moved her the murder rate was about 1 per year average. Wonder what it is now. We do need to stop allowing trials to be delayed for stupid reasons. Yes they should be allowed ample time to prepare. But we need to have closure not only for his family but for the community as well. We all need to protect our community our children by not allowing crime to go unpunished. That is why I have said if you see a drug deal going down report it. If you see someone stealing, report it. It takes a village!
