Mr. Kerkorian, Would you look at www.navalairestates1.com ? One section is about the Children's Aviaton Center(s)/Naval Air Estates Airpark(s) McDonagh's Flight Deck Restaurant - Complexes - I'd like to build. The first one in SW Florida; the second in Mid-Michigan.

The second part of the website deals with the part I hope you become interested in: creating a number of energy effecient Automotive plants.

These modern plants would manufactue modern
'American/classic Automobiles.(Many examples are on the second part of the website.) I'd like to see Lee Iacocca, Michael J. Fox (Back to the future movies) and Burt Reynolds as spokes- persons for these modern, fuel effeicent,'starter/retireee cars'.(I've added that 1977 Pontiac as a prime example of these cars that could be manufactured.)

Instead of buying Ford, Chrysler, or GM - It may be better, to start up your own factories.

All these cars could be sold and serviced by the 'not so big anymore' Big Three (Even Roger Pensky's Saturn outlets.) Profit sharing and reduced overtime costs will be features of all these plants.

And the firt one built - should be down here in SW Florida. Next to Babcock City - and my first smaller development. It could be solar powered.

Mr. Kerkorian; I hope you have a chance to view this request. I've sent proposals to the governor's offices of Florida & Michigan. Both gave favorable support - to the concepts.

But, both States have financial problems. I've recenly asked them - to ask our Federal governmen for financial support.

Lee Country, Florida - just spent eighty million dollars; for a third minor league ball park! Either of these projects can do more for the local - and Nation's economy; than a hundred of those 'ball park'type projects.(They remind me of that old French Revolution statement made by a so called leader:'Let them eat cake'.)

This is no 'pie in the sky' project. It's for real!

If I can get someone with common sense - and extrodinary skills - to Champion it.

You,'Lee''Michael' and 'Burt' may be part of the 'gang' to pull this off. But, you're not 'Over the Hill'.(I just turned 75. I'm looking forward to what the future offers.) I have two children and one grandson. Together, I hope we can make their future a little brighter.

(I hope your two daughters, Lee's granddaughter, Michaels children,Burt's son (and my grandson) can drive some of those new 'Old revised classics' off the assembly lines.)

This is not about making money or saving the Statue of Liberty. It's about saving our Nation's economy.(and doing it profitably)

The only thing the government could do to help - is put a (good) national health insurance program in place. That's the only 'bail out' we need from the government.

I wrote to President Ford, many decades ago. He did not reply. Two elected govenment officials did. Their replies are on my website. But, the reality is that - that act: ERDA failed. For the reasons I state on the website.
