DUI accidents

I was just reading about the DUI accident that killed an 18 year old man on Rt. 37 Thursday night near Watson. I will be praying for his family. At least Mr. Winterroad had enough decency to stop. Being in Effingham Co. I'm surprised he didn"t keep going and turn himself into the states attorney a couple of days later and say he might have been involved in the accident. By then he would have been sobered up and had a good chance of getting out of it. The wrong message is being sent to these people involved in fatal hit and runs that wait 2 days to take responsibility for it. Things need to change!.

A CRASH that involves a drunk driver is NEVER AN ACCIDENT!! Just wanted to clarify that!
