Last year wasn't an especially good one for some U.S. case goods manufacturers. Two well known resources, Linwood and Thornwood Furniture, closed their doors, while a third, Henkel Harris, closed in late January of this year.

The problem is all these expensive showrooms and bunch of guys running around trying to make a commission. You gotta buy from a company who cuts out all the fat. Sells direct from the factory, out of a warehouse, not tons of guys trying to sell, just use a website and positive word of mouth thats the best way to find high quality at a low price. Thanks why you can't beat http://www.antiquepurveyor.com/ . Everything is very high end and they even stand behind the products for 5 years!
