Can someone explain WHY there is a headline in our Hazelwood Forum-Topix (top left hand corner) about a body kept in a funeral home for 3 months --in PITTSBURGH, PA?

The only connection is that the funeral home is located on a STREET named Hazelwood! There does happen to be a funeral home in Hazelwood, MO and some people might not read any further than the headline, and think it is in our town!
