To whomever is using my name to comment on this subject, please stop! I think AMY is a fine ADMINISTATER and knows and does her job well. I am proud to have her representing our facility. MHCC PROVIDES QUALITY CARE TO ALL OF OUR RESIDENTS. WE HAVE A GREAT CARING AND HARD WORKING STAFF.

that is true they did fire pam and it was a big mistake cause they should have got rid of the administrator Amy but anyway the dumb b1tch will pay sum day.. It is because of her and wells the facility is in the shape it is in.. she wants the place to look good but dont want to give her employees a pot to pi$$ in.. Amy dont give a sh1t about those patients or her employees.. all she does is walk around lost and is greg wells lil lap dog that is at his every command she needs to grow sum balls or find a new hobby..

well for one thing it is the best nursing home i have ever worked at and i have worked at alot and them patients do get taken care of and we all work hard there put ur selfs in our shoes and u might find how hard of a job it is but we all love it and our residents so dont go mouthing about something u know nothing about has for what u saw and smelled u can change a person and walk out of the room and they could have a bm or pee so back the f*ck off all of us.AND ONE MORE THING go visit some of these other nursing homes and u will see how good OUR NURSING HOME IS

they need to follow in the shoes of the people
that worked there for the first 20 years it was
open. when they retired and dies out it has been going down ever since. pam has a heart of stone.
poor people who worked there for 20 years had to
die in another nursing facility because pam would
not give them a room. she will know who that was. pam how does it feel to no longer have a place
there,we need to be careful because we will sew what we reap.you probally feel just like poor old ruby did whr=en she couldnt come there. i worked there for many years and it would probally be the same for me.

I am a family member and any time I called Pam about a problem she would make some excuse before she checked it out. I don't think she was a good DON. Any time I called Amy, because Pam never did anything but make a excuse, she would tell me she would check it out and get back to me and she always did. At one time Pam brought her dog to work with her and would lead it around the building and she always parked in the handicap parking space. I think that should be for vistors not staff. Amy does a good job.

She has to park in handicap parking. it took her big as 20 minutes to walk into the building. You could never walk past her office that she didn' have a soft drink and a bag of something, chips or nuts opened on her desk. And when Dale came to visit her they were ALWAYS eating something. I mean give me a break. She should have gotten off her fat ass and kept her employees in line.
And it's been said time and time again that Amy's father got her that job..
