lmfao thats the funniest shit I ever heard. I like Will and all but i agree his last name is the only reason he was a star* If he got sacked he layed on the ground and whinned for a good 2 mins before getting ready for the next play. that crap wont cut it in college.

Hopefully there seniors (Rhea Ellen Thompson and Casey Kosbeil) can lead the team this year. Casey would have been one heck of a ball player if she hadn't have gotten into trouble with that heather boston girl and had to sit out a year. All she lacks is a little experience.

I think the best is still to come. Wait till these 1st and 2nd graders get to the high school level and you will see some football people.

The reason metcalfe has produced some good talent in basketball and football all boils down to 1 thing. LITTLE LEAGUE!! If you let the kids fall in love with the sport when they are young, they wll strive to better when they are older. Also it provides fundimentals of the sports at a early age so that when they get to middle school or high school Freddy or Larry dont have to back track with the kids and slow the overall knowledge that the kids could obtain.

Doug Clemmons did go to war when he laced them up. Football, basketball, baseball, it didn't matter. He was ready to go. This will upset some of you, but having seen Doug and JP both play, I'd take Doug over JP. Bobby "Homer" Hagan was also a damned good basketball player. Was Southern Kentucky scoring champ back then. He and Doug were a good one two punch.

JP scored almost 3,000 points in his career....played for the best all tiem college Basketball program in the 19th century. How can you say any one was a better basketball player than him from Metcalfe?
