About a year ago, I gave reasons for opposing the completion of I-526. Then as now, I think the poor, particularly African-Americans, will risk losing their property.

The evil SCDOT is obviously routing this highway to target blacks. I hope it dosen't zig-zag too much. OR Do you you need to create racial leverage to make your point?
