Mom helps fight against son's prosecution

A Morrow County man is trying to move on with his life with the help of his mother after being accused of crashing a car while driving intoxicated and ejecting and killing its passenger in May 2007.

He got away with murder and his mother is blindly defending his actions. I'm sure this is not the 1st time that she has defended his bad conduct, which is why she now has a son that gets drunk, kills his best friend and tries to blame the crash on the man he killed. Not exactly a son to be proud of. This was a common sense case and obviously the jury had none. My heart goes out to the real victim of this, Brandon's mother.

Right, it was an accident...an accident where the driver was drunk and killed his best friend. I guess nobody should be prosecuted for any crime by your standards, just wait for judgement day to let God sort them out. that's brilliant! Why didn't anyone think of that until now, think of all the money we could save in law enforcement and court costs.

Brandon is obviously the victim in the crash, but his mom is the one that's left without her son, so Yes, that makes her a victim too.

An "accident" is where a driver crashes into another car...a drunk driver who hits and kills someone is no accident. To me, that's murder, plain and simple.
