Adult and Kids BJJ/MMA/Kickboxing classes - Wednesday Evenings

Xtreme Fitness in Edison hosts classes held by Xtreme Wilkies for both children and adults to learn self defense, get an incredible workout and have fun. Classes are taught by highly skilled and trained Jiu Jitsu instructors along with MMA and Muay Thai fighters.

Childrens classes 5:30-6:30 $15 per child per class
Adult BJJ/Gi 6:30-7:30 $15 per person per class
Adult MMA/Kickboxing 7:30-8:30 per person per class

Loud music, no shoes, and incredible excercise while learning to protect yourself...something different, something active. Train with true fighters.

All experience levels welcome. Come this Wednesday 3/21/10 to see what its all about. Package deals available.
