Dave Edison, NJ	#1 May 16, 2013 First of all the man is honest. He's not going to rip you off. The first time I contacted Rafail of Rafail's Heating , Cooling and Appliance Repair our furnace had stopped working in the middle of winter . I called Rafail and he came down the same day. He determined right away after doing a few tests that the furnace needed a new circuit board . He installed the new circuit board and that took care of the problem and the furnace started working immediately. Then about a month ago we called Rafail because our Air conditioning stopped working and over the phone Rafail determined that it needed a new Capacitor. He then came down the same day and put in the new Capacitor and had the Air conditioner working within an hour and a half. We always keep Rafail's magnetic car on our refrigerator door in case we need to call him again . The man is good. -Dave Middlesex Borough, NJ Reply » Report Abuse Judge it!
