Hold up, hold up i live there pay full market rent, the harford county doesn't take care of me or my son, plus i do have a job. When u move there its mostly the house's all the way in the back because that's were all the kids are, u do have a choice were you want to live at, you don't have to take the first place they show u, cuz i told them hell no IM not living there so now i live by old people, on another note don't go judge people who live there by who you observed, because IM not one, IM going back to school, work 10 hours, and tale care of me and my son, so really its ur choose to put ur self there.

If you are looking for a safe area out here, come to Seven Oaks..lived here for two years so far and haven't had any issues with violence or anything from my neighbors. The kids in the neighborhood get frustrating in the summer and warmer months as they seem to think the parking lot is a great place to hang out, but overall, this complex is decent and not too unaffordable (36k household income required for a three bedroom townhome..prob less for 2 BR and 1 BR)

Slowly all the families that wanted to build their lives there left because of the scum that remains there today, and I'm not saying they are all scum. I get that people fall on hard times and need help but seriously I can't stand the uneducated garbage that wants to fight and steal. No wonder they have nothing, they are nothing.

I live in Windsor Valley and grew up in Edgewood, I work for Harford County Public Schools and am a citizen paying my way, not all of us are "nothing" some of us work very hard to have what we have, your comments above are not only offensive but ignorant as in you don't know what you are talking about, yes there are some bad things too, but that is everywhere, you have no right to judge anyone, and I am also a college graduate so I am educated, you really have know idea.

I have lived in so many different areas in Md. Mainly Aa county. I always paid market rent. I'm nit the type to worry about what others think of me I'm a nurse, no one validate my lufe. I don't look down on no one. It's sad how others do. You would be surprised at where drugs are sold I lived in some of the best places and its not where you live its how you live. I'm thinking of moving here to finish my baccalaureate so I can go to med school so don't think that everyone who move here or live here are not about nothing maybe one should look at there life and reevaluate their situation.

Windsor Valley may be subsidized and has all the negative behavior associated with it, but I have not seen any mice or roaches. Those idiots who judge others based on where they live are no better than the people they talk about. .

Do they have breed restrictions on pitbulls? I'm about at my last resort nd this is it, I can't find anyone who rents to people with dogs over a certain weight or they don't allow pitbulls whether they're sweet like my Achilles or not

I am looking to move out in the area really soon and I would like to know from the residents how true are the comments? I have a son who will be in middle school and I do not want him to fall in with a bad crowd. We keep to ourselves and cause no trouble. Can you have an alarm system put in or is that against the property rules? How are the children in the neighborhood? I have driven through there a couple of times and from what I have seen it seems clean and problem free. Any advice on the property would be a big help to me.
