This is the sorriest company I've ever seen in my life. They radically changed some of their products around. I bought it not realizing how much they changed it and then when I contacted them about it and they agreed to send me a refund, it never showed up. They told me they would send it, but never gave me confirmation of the date they sent it out. I contacted them again via their website and a supervisors email after waiting several weeks, NO REPLY. Contacted again several times, again, not any replies. Finally I started searching for phone numbers and got given their Headquarters phone 877-995-4483, pushed zero a few times until I got a live person (Kate) who was such a snotty witch I can't believe she even holds a management position. So finally after months of trying to deal with them after they kept blowing me off, I'm *supposedly* being issued a refund. Time will tell. Good luck ever trying to deal with them, their site is designed so that they don't have to deal with consumer relations. They do NOT post any decent contact phone number or actual email address on their site either for this very reason!

I know, same here. It's all about the money. I don't buy items from them now. I shop P+G products and Avon. I have a co-worker who's an Avon rep, which makes it easy. P+G always sends me their coupons in the mail and I pick some up online too. Unilever rarely gives coupons for their Suave products and when I called them and asked about it they go 'Look in the newspaper!"

Being from a small town without a decent Sunday paper that would be difficult unless I"m going to buy the Boston Globe or NY Times which doesn't have ANY news even relevant to my town or surrounding area, so I'm pretty much wasting money on the paper if I do that.

Company has little foresight and thought for their consumers. What I said to them about the sunday paper issue fell on deaf ears. I think the person I talked to her brain must produce a chemical that blocks out customers voices. I hung up pretty pissed and never purchased another thing from them since.

Yes, they are a bad company. Stay away from them. Even here I don't purchase their items. Other companies are more friendly and listen better.

Other companies give better coupons more frequently. This is how I gauge a company's "worth" and whether or not they deserve my loyalty. The more coupons they put out, the value of them tells me that they are happy to have customers. I called one company and asked them to be put on their regular "list". They periodically mail me coupons without my having to request them now. And they know exactly what brands I like. They were thrilled that I wanted them!:-) I couldn't believe it. I was like 'you can do that?" They said "Sure! I'll add you to the list now." How cool is that?!! LOL

Some stores double coupons under certain amounts. A local store for me automatically doubles anything under $1. I'm on several companies automatic post-mailing list for coupons. Unilever is not one of them. Birds Eye is one. P+G is another. Shaw's Supermarket has their coupons they send automatically by mail AND email if you sign up. I frequently get coupons for $4 off $40 and $6 off $60 with them as well as plenty of others. Between what Shaws mails me directly and I print off their website, I save quite a bit actually. I'm pretty amazed. I just went shopping Thursday and saved about $23 off my bill.

Unilever is a very sad company. Refuse to do business with them anymore due to the same issues as described above. I contacted Smart Balance for some coupons recently and to ask them if they were planning on selling their milk locally. They were overjoyed to send me coupons! I had them in my mailbox the following week! Its nice to see some happy companies out there. Wish I could say the same for Unilever. Maybe Kate was having a bad hair day due to the change in product.

She could have had a bad hair day due to their inferior products, or she could have a very large stick wedged up her @ss. I always give nasty companies that don't readily publish decent contact information or reply to consumers extra effort. Same with the now defunct company called Aller-G. They had a F rating from the BBB, accused me of not getting their product in the mail even though I provided email correspondence and UPS tracking info to the contrary, then when that didn't work, they decided not to reply to any of my emails at all. I finally did a chargeback thru the cc company. The cc company forcefully took the money back out of Aller-G's account and credited me. YAY!!! Then a month or so after that I looked online and saw that they were out of business. It doesn't pay to be a jerk and ignore your customers just because you don't like what you hear. Customer service is the absolute backbone of any company.

I stay away from Unilever products. I don't have good luck with most of them. Suave yes, others No. Can't use the Suave body wash though, too drying. Have to use Olay, Aveeno or Natures Gate (hempseed). I also use soaps from TJ MAXX manufactured by a company called CST (commonweath soap and toiletry) out of Fall River, MA. Very nice soap. Don't need a special shaving lotion either.:-) Always a plus. I do like Suave shampoos and conditioners though. People are right, I don't think they're interested in consumer relations. Maybe that has to do with a massive decline with their global sales? Are they losing to P+G?! Probably.

I think they are losing to P&G. They are most likely losing to other companies too. I tried to get coupons from them by phone a long time ago. They said they would send coupons for the certain products I asked for, but when they arrived it was for completely different products. Either someone wasn't on the ball with that phone call or they did it in hopes that I would just switch my purchasing habits. The lack of attention paid to what I said turned me off from buying from them again.

Unilever is one of the most screwed up companies I have ever worked for. Ken Wells Supply Chain leader at there Hagerstown, MD plant is a lying piece of shit.

Dennis King is a fat ass lazy asshole who does nothing but kiss ass to everyone there. He is a backstabbing prick.

Unilevers Hagerstown,MD plant is closing June 27 not July 27

The most screwed up company I have ever worked for!!
