Volusia co. beauracrats don't care what that, or anything else costs. They will simply raise property taxes to pay for it. Do you own property? look at the tax history.-

Also.. the whole thing will be just one big crime scene anyway. Muggers and rapists will soon learn hikers and bikers will be at their mercy in very remote locations. You better get a carry permit, you'll be on your own.
