Ronalda Goodner is unstable. Lifting the order is a mistake. She is extremely confrontational and insists that she knows all and as "Mayor" had cart blanc to do anything she wanted including firing me after I had quit! This is a prime example of her need to flex her muscles. On 9/21/06, she told me I needed to meet with her the next morning to discuss her desire to terminate my employment. I told her I would not attend and left that evening taking all my belongings and walked out (quit). I had been on the job 19 days and Goodner was upset because I had not mastered all the responsibilities of a city clerk. The next thing I knew, she called a special meeting of city council specifically to have me terminated; a meeting that was unecessary and a waste of Council's time - all because she had to show her "power." I told her upon leaving that her time there was short as she didn't have a clue what she was doing and had absolutely no people skills.
