My parents are not far from that, inseperable for well over 60 years. Obviously if both pass away that close together it would be very hard personally, and yet probably the way they would want it to happen. Truly a bittersweet story.

What a beautiful ending to 2 wonderful lives. I know its sad to see anyone die. But like it was said, it is a beautiful story. It would have been very sad to see either of these people without the other. I say this because my father passed at a young age of 41 and my mother was alone after that for 20 years. she raised her 5 children and I was the last one and i always wanted to see her happy (she might have been happy ) but there was always that absence of her husband. And when my mother passed September 30th 2000 I was sad but in my heart I was happy because I knew she was going to be with her Frank...I miss them both dearly!

Yes, now aren't relationships supposed to be like that - a lifetime then death togather. How sweet. My dad passed 3 years ago, I miss him alot. But mom is still here.

In these days of disposible marriages, this is heartwarming and touching. Many can learn a lesson about give and take in marriage.

I just got married and this story touched me deeply,
it made me cry but yet this is what I call true love.
I hope my husband and I have a long and happy marriage
like your parents. i am sorry for your loss and may god bless you .
