I think Pooh and Casper are English(ebonic)teachers at the local highschool. Look at the crime stastics. That says it all. Never admit to a mistake, own up to a crime, and blame everyone else. 200 years is way too long. I appreciate the hard working people that do live there but live in fear of mental idiots.

I stumbled on this article and found the articles interesting and not surprising. Basically the children need a COMMUNITY CENTER, maybe Church Activities, the YMCA, PAL, someone to look up to. I have had the opportunity to correct a few who was using bad language; the response I got was "sorry", "excuse me".

I grew up in Edgemoor in the 60's. What a difference a little time makes.
When I lived there, it was a safe, close-knit community. I remember trick or treating, playing on Bedford Drive, having a good time.
Guess I made it out before the crap hit the fan. Too bad, it was a nice place then.
I grew up in Edgemoor Gardens in the 60's too...it was home & didn't have the problems it appears to have now...I lived on South Cannon Dr. hung out with Sis, Pat H. & a bunch of other good kids...

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO EDGEMOOR GARDENS??? What makes a place a home (community) is the people...When I grew up in Edgemoor in the 60's...on Sou. Cannon Dr. it was a good clean decent family neighborhood...people got along...watched out for one another...it was safe to walk around the neighborhood day or night...It was clean (litter free) had parks & playgrounds for the kids to play in...the houses were taken care of..owners lived in them (few renters) so they showed pride in their home...Those memories shall always be with me.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Aquarius

Money is a source of friction between you and friends now, so treat it with caution and respect. There could be a disagreement between you and a chum about a possession or a debt that one of you owes the other. If you're trying to organize a forthcoming social event, you could come unstuck when working out how much it's all going to cost because it might be far too expensive.
