Yes I live in a small Haltomcty mobile home community that was struck bad by storms last year and soon after the Carrizo oil purchased leases on mineral rights from homeowners. Now the board af Admin and city officials "allegedly" trying to take our properties bk for the sole purpose of gaining all leases for profit and total liquidaton of said condominium assoc. I need some feed bk to see if there is anything we can do to maintain our homeowner status and still lease mineral right once we become a "Nature Preserve".
