To the person who thinks I don't know math. I didn't say I had figured in the interest so that is where the math confussion is. Everthing I wrote in the M.D.N. is from facts. As you all know, you cannot borrow money for 40 years without paying interest. Here are the numbers taken from a printout from the township, which has the cost for every year for 40 years. So for the year 2010. Total due is $723.78. The interest on this figure is $486.28, 2011 the totla due is$711.31, interest on this amount is $473.81, 2012 the total due is $698.46. Interest on this amount is $461.74. Now here is the math for the three years above. So take $700.00 (this was in my article in the M.D. N.) times my three parcels is three x $700.00=$2100.00. Then divide by 52 weeks a year =#40.38 per week, agree? Plus do you know what the hook up fee will be? What is the water you use each month? Is the land for the or towers included in the estimated $9500.00? And don't forget their will be a seperate bill on AA Edenville taxpayers for $55,ooo.oo for 40 years. This equalls $2.2 million that the new temporary board has already enacted and there is nothing we can do about it, now. Remembers township boards answers to no one. Three out of five board members have total control of a township, and have you checked the their salaries lately, which they set themselves? If you want a copy of the table, from which I got the above figures, I will get you a copy. I'm in the phone book.
