Staff was terribly rude and pretentious! I took in several HIGH quality items to sell (barely used coach products, several pairs of shoes that I wore probably once, and dresses with the tags still on them) and when I went to see how much money I was going to get for everything, they said everything was over 2 years old and too worn. I'm sorry, but did the staff really know how old the items actually wore? I highly doubt it, seeing as how most of them were bought recently. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and if I could give this place zero stars, I would. Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the staff and how they handled and managed the store.
