On the other hand, I sorta liked Sublime Stitches' patterns, and after reading online about the controversy, found Urban Threads. I've now bought quite a lot from them, as I find their hand embroidery patterns to be delightful and artistic, with a wide range of types. So sometimes controversy simply provides advertising! And no, I really don't see much validity in the whole coyping accusation...

Mon dieu! I fear Ms. Hart is endowed with an extraordinary propensity for libel. Surely she's not accusing Mr. Hanners of failing his charge as a journalist? His only obligation was to make a good faith effort to secure comment, which he clearly did and outlined in his report. Publishing unfounded accusations hasn't worked well for Ms. Hart thus far, one would think she'd have learned her lesson by now.
