CVPS isn't concerned with destruction of personal property, whether important farmland or a person's residence. They are ruthless, can't think out of box once they make a plan.

Take a ride throughout Mtn Home Park - Tri Park as the electrical contractors they hired...(Lamoureau) leave a path of destruction throughout the park...placing their electric meters and wires on unsightly poles on the residents lawns. They have destroyed peoples rose gardens, beautiful flowering bushes, and much more... They have totally destroyed peoples front yards and CVPS is responsible for repairing the damage.

CVPS has no intentions I know of to keep up good relations with their customers at Tri Park by repairing the damage and replacing grass etc.

They are headstrong and are unconcered if a meter pole blocks the view, defaces the landscape per lot; needless to say, also devaluing the properties by several thousand dollars at Mtn Home!

They've made beautiful lots look like an industrial park. They have not made any notification to the residents of Mtn Home stating to them how much EMF or rads of electricity are being projected by these newly placed meters - nor the EMF being projected by certain transformers withing 25' of their homes. They do all this totally unconcerned about residents health, as well as, totally unconcerned about the property destruction they are allowing their contractors to do there. CVPS contracted this company and they are responsible for the contractors destruction of property.

So beware to those of you in Guilford and stand firm with CVPS. Best advice have a lawyer at your side. What they say ~ is not what they do!
