Suspect sought in city's first murder

SALISBURY -- Salisbury Police are searching for a man who fatally shot a resident of the Runaway Bay apartments in a stairwell Monday night.

The article didn't say it was or was not. I don't see where it would matter either way. Unless to have an excuse for killing someone?
